Cowboy caviar

My sister asked me to try to write the recipes of the food I post in this blog. She also asked me to do it in Spanish but since this recipe is based on, I guess an american one, I will try to write a bilingual recipe. Basically, the Cowboy Caviar is a fresh and fulfilling bean salad ideal for the warm days of summer.

1 can of black or red beans / 1 lata de judías negras o rojas
Tomatoes / tomates
Paprika: red and yellow / pimientos rojos y amarillos
1 avocado / 1 aguacate
1 onion / 1 cebolla
1 can of corn (small) / 1 lata pequeña de maíz
Coriander / cilantro
Lime / lima
Olive oil / aceite de oliva
Salt / sal

Just chop all the ingredients and put them in a salad bowl. Add lime juice, salt and olive oil. Serve with nachos / Picar los ingredientes y poner en una ensaladera. Añadir el zumo de la lima, sal y aceite. Servir con nachos.
