Station Eleven

Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel is one of the books I recently enjoyed reading. According to Goodreads “tells the spellbinding story of a Hollywood star, his would-be savior, and a nomadic group of actors roaming the scattered outposts of the Great Lakes region, risking everything for art and humanity”. In this post-apocalyptic book, 99% of the population has been eradicated after a pandemic flu. Twenty years later, people is just starting to recover from the worse and little by little a better world comes to life.

Station Eleven actually refers to the name of a comic book that plays a relevant role in the plot. Nathan Burton created the design of the comic and my drawing is based on his take on it:
